One of the competitions in Robotics Olympiad ’14 will be Aqua War. Aquana is a remote controlled robot with water canon which will be used in India for the 1st time during Robotics Olympiad 2014.
During this competition student’s work as a team to design and build water robot called Aqua Robots. A thruster-driven aquatic robot must actively and continually control its thrusters and buoyancy in order to maintain its pose. Through the prototype used in this competition they will learn many daily life applications like the water robots used in defence system, civil services & entertainment
Aquanas will face each other in a water pool battling to destroy the opponent’s flag using the water canon to command victory. Flag will be of standard size and orientation although flexibility in design of Aquana will be allowed within given time limitations.
Everyone needs to have some passion to live and some passion to win. It is this competitive spirit that keeps them ready to give it all they have got to accomplish their dreams and become number one. Students should have their fun and play sports were the score matters. It will help them down the road with a drive to better themselves and put their heart and soul into whatever they are doing.
